《不只是 Admin》 不是在写一个职位，而是在写一群长期被当成“只是辅助”的人：行政、后台、运营、财务协调、佣金执行、系统补洞者。专辑从“公司是我在撑”的隐形承重开始，走过制度改来改去、Excel永远补不完、所有人都来问却没人真正负责的日常，最后抵达一种清醒：不是我做不好，是这整套方法本来就错。
More Than Just Admin is not about a job title. It is about the invisible operators wrongly treated as support staff while they carry commissions, explanations, exceptions, cash flow pressure, broken systems, and the emotional cleanup of an entire agency. The album begins with silent load-bearing, moves through rule changes, Excel patchwork and responsibility vacuum, and ends in a hard realization: the problem was never incompetence — it was the method.
这张专辑和一般“职场抱怨歌”不同。它不是泛泛地写累，而是把房地产 agency 后台最具体、最难被外部看见的重量一首一首写出来：佣金版本、三层 upline、cobroke 角色、meeting 拖延、数字报表、cashflow 压力、系统永远做不完整，以及最后那句最危险的话——“再请几个人就好了”。
This is not generic workplace fatigue. It is occupational detail turned into narrative music: commission versions, uplines, cobroke allocations, reporting distortions, cash flow strain, fake transition periods, never-finished systems, and the expensive illusion that hiring more people can hide structural failure.

《不只是 Admin》 是一张以办公室后台为中心视角的概念专辑。它记录的不是“忙”，而是长期结构性失序如何落到最能执行、最常解释、也最难离开的人身上。专辑前三分之一写“为什么这间公司还能撑着”；中段写“为什么越做越乱”；尾段写“为什么不是多请几个人就能解决”。最终，它把听众带到一个更清楚也更残酷的结论：真正压垮后台的，不是工作量本身，而是没有被讲清楚、也没有被系统化的方法。
More Than Just Admin is a concept album told from the back office. Not from the spotlight, but from the part of the organization that carries inconsistencies, timing gaps, people problems, exceptions, reporting distortions and system failures. The first act reveals why the company still stands. The second act shows why everything keeps becoming more chaotic. The final act shows why adding manpower cannot solve a broken operating logic. It is both tribute and diagnosis.
