- Stamp duty (government duty) for SPA / loan / DOA documents
- Developer / management consent and administration fees (if applicable)
- State authority / JMB / MC charges (arrears clearance, consent, confirmation letters, etc. if applicable)
- Bank-related charges (processing, valuation, MRTA/MLTA, etc. bank-specific)
- If the property is sold without individual/strata title, the transaction commonly involves a Deed of Assignment (DOA) (and for financing, often a Loan Agreement cum DOA)
