01 · Where it started

Who He Is & What ListingMine Is Doing

Marvin has been developing systems for retail real estate agencies since 2008.

Over the years, he came to believe that the industry needed more than another CRM or agency ERP. It needed infrastructure that could serve both sides of the profession — helping the individual build a career that compounds, while helping the organisation build an institution that survives change.

That thinking eventually became ListingMine — a no-code Agent OS for real estate, connecting private CRM, listings, buyers, teams, configurable agency ERP and optional role-based collaboration within one evolving infrastructure.

02 · The problem that shaped it

The Graduation Problem

One problem that strongly shaped Marvin’s thinking is what he calls the “graduation problem.” As capable agents grow into team leaders, branch leaders or future agency founders, traditional structures often turn that natural progression into a difficult choice: stay and sacrifice independence, or leave and rebuild systems, data and relationships elsewhere.

Marvin believes growth should not automatically force either side back to zero.

ListingMine is designed around a broader principle:
The agent should be able to keep building the career.
The agency should be able to keep building the institution.
The infrastructure should support both.
03 · What that means in practice

One Infrastructure, Many Structures

An agent may begin with a private CRM and personal property presence. A team may later need Groups and shared workflows. An agency may grow into configurable ERP, commission logic, reporting and automation. And organisations that require deeper cooperation can adopt role-based collaboration or ACN when it becomes useful.

Not everyone needs the same structure. ListingMine’s role is to provide the infrastructure beneath those different structures — so people and organisations can grow without unnecessarily rebuilding from zero.

04 · Why it did not stop at software

Beyond Software

He started by building systems. In time he came to think that systems alone were not enough. Infrastructure can fix how the work gets done; it cannot, on its own, do much about identity, culture, trust or belonging within a profession. Both have to be built.

That is why ListingMine has been expanding beyond software — into infrastructure, ideas and music, and towards a wider digital environment for property professionals.

Start as an agent. Grow into a team. Scale into an agency — on infrastructure designed to grow with you.

Professional Background

Before ListingMine, Marvin worked in property analysis, research and consultancy, contributing to national-scale projects with one of the world’s largest property consultancy firms.

His experience spans corporate valuation, feasibility studies and international transactions — a full-spectrum view of the real estate ecosystem, from institutional research to front-line agency operations.

ListingMine Music · The Cultural Layer

ListingMine Music began as an experiment: could the everyday experience of a property agent become a song?

It grew into more than 15 albums and over 200 original tracks — about customers, commissions, rejection, leadership, agency politics, co-broking, systems, and the ordinary realities of building a career in real estate.

The thinking behind it is simple: before people trust software, they usually need to feel understood.

So the music gives ListingMine another way into the industry — not through a feature list, but through experiences agents already recognise. A song may be someone’s first encounter with ListingMine; the ideas, the community and the infrastructure come afterwards.

Music is not separate from ListingMine. It is one of the ways ListingMine builds culture around the profession.
